Your Customer ID is your Me Sim account number which is provided on your sim pack.

Your SIM is currently being activated

Connecting a new number: Once activated place your sim in your compatible 4G device and allow 5-10 minutes to find itself. You will notice your device getting phone signal – your phone is ready to use.

Bringing your existing mobile number across – Once you have activated do not take your old sim out straight away - wait until your current service drops signal this will be your indication to pop your Me Sim into your device. Your current service provider may also send you an SMS advising you that your service is being ported.
